Hey there! I know this thread is old, but did anyone ever find a fix for this? I have a Surfacebook and a Microsoft Dock and getting the same issue - randomly the keyboard and mouse (running off the Dock) stop working..Monitors rarely have issues, but the keyboard and mouse will just disconnect...
