I don't really know of a good monitor that is like what you're looking for, but why not just buy one of the regular capacitive monitors and just use a capacitive stylus? If all you're looking for is rough note taking while at your desk, I know several Acers have 10 point touch and also rotate...

Well... Went to the MS Store in Frisco today and tried out the card I have (I have a 128GB version for the 2013 rMBP 15") and I can confirm that it appears to not be long enough to be compatible with the SB. OH well... I guess it'll go in the auction for the rMBP when I put it on Fleabay.

I don't have high hopes because it's made to exactly fit the short SD card slot in the MacBook Pro (I'm imagining it's a micro-SD guts shoved into a custom sized full size SD card body), but hey... It's worth a shot. I can always sell it with the MBP, but I really think it would be nice to have...

I've had the GeChic 1502i for over a year now...got it imported. Absolutely IMHO the best travel monitor you can buy. I can't tell you how many people have drooled over it when I whip it out and set it up next to the SP3... I also have one of the Lenovo 13" USB monitors. I like it as well...
