Sounds like possible Exchange config issue if it keeps asking for credentials again. You/your IT guys may want to check Exchange Autodiscover and DNS is set correctly. Point them at https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ also, does it work correctly when you're outside the office? If it works...

You just need to change the install and display language to EN-US. No need to install in German. Run DISM /online /get-intl at command line - if it still shows EN-GB as install language, you won't be able to stick the preview on yet.

And you can use that space for offline SkyDrive now :)

Ah. It appears that no matter what I change, the default UI language will always report as EN-GB, hence I suspect no update for me until I find a charger and completely refresh as EN-US. You can check your default UI language by running dism /online /get-intl at elevated command line

I wouldn't be so sure the servers are slammed. The error message might suggest they are slammed but that could be very far from the truth... It wouldn't surprise me if they'd pulled it entirely.

I changed all language and region options to US, changed the System Locale, ran the oft-quoted fix and it still just says the download "isn't available right now. Please try again later".
