Mine appears like this when I first switch on my SP2 or if I remove the tile and add it. But, providing I have an internet connection it updates within 30 seconds.

I've posted a message on their Facebook page, asking them if a Feather case is in development for the Pro series and, if so, how they've considered my concerns about the device being unable to cool efficiently. I'll let you all now if I receive a response.

I can't say I have that problem on my SP2. I used the volume rocker for the first time last night and it seemed incredibly sturdy. But, I haven't shaken the device yet so I can't confirm whether or not it makes a rattling noise.

I can't seem to find a USB 3.0 flash drive, anywhere. All the stores I've tried only have USB 2.0.
