I'm not a fan of the mini hdmi. Either I have a bad cable or a bad port because I have to lay my RT flat to retain the connect.

I think you will like it. It is more versatile than either an iPad or an Android tablet.

I love the Kindle app. The fact that I can shop the kindle store directly from the app is a major upgrade from my iPad. I have never enjoyed he iBooks store, so this is a serious upgrade. The device is a great productivity tool for my corporate position.
