Looks like some weird touch screen problem. I sometimes (rarely) have it on my SP3 where it flicks around at the top, but if I do a multi-finger tap anywhere on the screen it stops - no where near as bad as yours. I'd get a replacement asap!

If you're still under warranty, just get in touch with support and say your charger doesn't work any more. Say a friends' charger works, so they don't think it's the Surface at fault. They'll send you another one. You don't need to send anything to them. Then go and slap yourself on the wrist...

Have you tried getting in contact with the seller? I know it's not their responsibility any more - but it doesn't hurt to ask. He/she is the only one likely to know if there's something actually broken, or just a setting that needs changing

I've had a few SP3's and while I've never had a dent, I got scratches all the time. After the first couple, I've been seriously careful with where I place it. Only ever on it's type cover when put down and always in a case when I travel. I finally caved the other day and bought a skin. Not happy...

Hold Volume Up + Power button for about 7 seconds. This is pretty much like pulling the battery out. Works for me when I have the same issue!

Ohhhh that's a good point. I never thought of that use. Would be very handy indeed. Might have some accuracy issues though, with small and close icons etc. I'd still very much welcome it on Surface Phone too though! 3D touch as an added bonus.

Oh I switch to tablet mode all the time. I would be more inclined to use it in desktop mode all of the time if Win10 was smart enough to bring up the virtual keyboard when I tap a text field with the keyboard tucked away...*sigh*:rolleyes: Ok, maybe one more refresh and I'll see how it goes...
