Just so I understand this, the first screen shot is speed from an Ethernet cable to the internet and the second is speed from wireless to the internet?
@ManUnited
A lot of people have already give you plenty of suggestions on how to improve battery life, I wouldn't discount their help.
At this point, looks like every suggestion is falling short of your needs, so maybe you were wooed by Microsoft inappropriately. I hope you are within your...
It means the SP3 is really hot and needs to cool down for a few minutes.
I would take it to the store and swap it out, looks like the update messed up somewhere.
The 4GB vs 8GB has been discussed numerous times on this forum, I suggest you do a search.
The answers always come down to what are you going to use it for, for any editing or heavy tasks more ram can only help.

You have to make adjustments...
Your post is a perfect example of your passion for Apple and how sometimes passion blinds people from both sides sometimes of the fence, which is fine, but don't take it personally if you do the same thing you are accusing other people of doing.
You think that the ad campaigns from MS and Apple...

4-5 hours battery life? not sure where you got that from, once I turned of background notifications I easily get 7 hours average.
I use office all day and it doesn't get hot and I used office for data crunching, again it does it fine.
Some users have had issues with heat, but mostly they are...
In all fairness he did have a question mark, right? So he was just wondering, in any case I think we are beyond this now.
His question was answered, it indeed is not a design defect, but part of the design.
I will be closing this thread now.
