Get the BT One, don't need the Wheel as the App allows you to just swipe up and down and do some other stuff that the wheel will not allow or not as well. Works well on virtually any surface except glass.

Might try clicking the O/O button twice in fairly rapid succession. Seems to work for me, most of the time.
