I used to be able easily playto my xbox 360 option to watch my videos or listen to music. Ever since the latest updates/firmware.. When I use the play to option/devices screen it doesn't detect the xbox 360. Any suggestions on what I can try next?

I got this from one of the microsoft forums: Hopefully you can reproduce it:

if it stayed there for more than 10 minutes I guess and did that everytime you tried to reboot, I think you'd have to resort to a reset from your restore image, if you still have it

I only tried 1 so far and that's the skinomi techskin protector. Been using it since i got it last year =) No problems with it so far

I got the same problem as well about a 3 month ago, and the exact same setup as you. Once the card was mounted correctly, I immediatly a disk error check on it and it atually fixed some errors. So far up to now, no issue so far. But you're right, I wonder what could of triggered it

@vanz, I hear the chrome is able to open pinned sites via metro or desktop version. Though if you prefer IE, then the way I do it is to combine olbytile and Reader metro app. This way comes a two part process though.

you can open the camera app? And if you tap the screen to take a picture, nothing happens?

let me know if you guys still need these alternatives one way is making a shortcut and that will open metro IE, but the icon will be like post #9 the other way involves linking another application to switch over to metro IE
