If it works like the incipio case but without covering up the back I might be interested. I liked the incipio case except my Surface Pro 2 was getting too warm while under heavy load and I suspect it needs to "breath" more.

The Manvex case for the Surface Pro does not work properly for the Surface Pro 2 because of the magnets they use. Magnets were interfering with recognizing the type cover.

I would be worried about heat build-up. After experimenting with the incipio feather case I think the Suface depends upon the mag vapor case to act as a heat sink. Wrapping it up would defeat that purpose.

I'm working on modding a laptop cooler to use with the Surface Pro for gaming purposes. Cooling the beast will not only extend the life of the Surface but minimize any CPU throttling that might be occurring. When I have something that I think is acceptable I will post the results on the forum.

I'm going to go against the grain and say I'd like it bigger and thicker and heavier. In order to run an i7 with a dedicated graphics card some provision must be made for cooling. That means accommodating a bigger heat sink. I hunger for more power, Power, Power!

As I use it more I could change my mind but I don't think it will be necessary. The ventilation seems adequate.

I received mine last night. It went on quickly and easily and has a nice feel to it. It does show fingerprints but it cleans up fairly easy. I gamed with it for an hour which generates a fair amount of heat and the sleeve did mitigate the heat without showing any heat related performance...
