I'm trying to dowbload recovery image, but microsoft site is very slow... My download speed is 70kb/s !!!!! I tried 10 times and got error... Shame to you Microsoft... after 4 replacement sp3 and sp4, i have many problems again... i really hate microsoft and surface now...

Factory reset your surface may solve this problem... Just be sure you installed all of updates before.

And how you active new windows? And why you dont use surface recovery image?

i5 128 4/ Lot: 1540 Has recover reseting problem and vga crash and some software problems like slow windows. I am trying to reinstall windows with recovery image that downloaded from microsoft site at this moment...

Now when i turn surface on, i got this error and after clicking on ok, tablet will be restart and show this error again...
