Doe's your pen look like my pen? My problem: the picture on the small paper shows how one unscrews something to get out the small batteries. But I can not do that. My pen has not this extra part which you can see on the paper. On my the the screw piece and the spring are fastened.

I just got the information that Visa-London did this.

I could not order a SP3 with my Credit Cards and the online store could not find a solution. I tested my cards (1 Visa, 1 MasterCard) in my bank and they are ok (got money with it). I live in Germany. Had anyone else such a problem? Who from MS can help?
