Yeah I understand what you mean but I meant actual tablet apps, those designed for tablets and the sort you would find on Apple's App store or Google Play store. A valid point though about it being able to play almost anything...one of the reasons I like it.

I've used both the Touch and the Type covers a much prefer the Touch. Its alot easier to use and silent. The Type keyboard is noisy and I struggled to press the keys down when typing at speed. Its too thick too, the Surface is thick enough without adding to it.
