From what I saw from those tear down videos, it looks like the glass has to be removed in order to access the inside. I'm sure the techs know how to but I'm not brave enough to try it.

I actually installed the latest Intel graphics driver (http://lifeisabug.com/installing-latest-intel-hd-graphics-driver-microsoft-surface-pro-pro-2-pro-3/) so I can have better control. I'm not sure if doing that will help or not but it seems your scaling or resolution is not set correctly.

I'm using 64G Samsung Evo mSD card on my SP3. It suddenly disappeared the other day from the windows explorer. I had to manually pull it out and reinsert it to get it recognized. I also noticed the driver for the mSD slot is an old one from 2006? Is there anyway we can get a newer driver?

I just played the same 1080p video side by side using chrome and IE desktop. What's strange is that the used bandwidth was about same for both browsers. However, chrome plays the video a lot more smoothly with very few buffering while IE was constantly buffering. I took screenshot of the video...

What I suspect is my ISP is throttling the bandwidth when I visit YouTube or similar sites. Read that some ISP's do this but wasn't aware AT&T is doing it also.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. At first I was thinking it's my internet connection (I have ATT DSL with 5Mbps) but then if that's the issue Chrome should have trouble playing 1080p video also. But Chrome plays fine while IE struggles.
