Ok do you know how to check the drivers to see if they are all updated?

I can't say that I have ever heard of such a thing. I'd check a few things. Driver Updates, OS Updates, App Updates.

I would try another browser maybe or going to check and see how all of your drivers look as far as updates. I would check for a OS update. Or check in MS app store to see if there is an update to edge.

If that does not work here is my suggestion. Try to see if you can back up all of your files to an ext hard drive and perform a wipe. There used to be an option in the BIOS to reset it like a tablet. This is on virtually all windows 10 devices and can easily be done. Hope this helps.
