your not the only one buddy, my SP3 is doing that since the last update and ontop of that on FB page if I view a video and then scroll down and then try to go up...the last video will play again without me touching it... IE11 is getting very buggy and annoying! nothing ever happens in EDGE.

Try looking on Craigslist or kijiji... sure you will find one cheaper

I think what hughlle is trying to say the SP4 typecover is too big for the S3 and the typecover sticks out along the edges... if that doesn't bother you then by all means go buy/use that one...

don't have a clue what drains more but having a typecover hardly drains anything on my SP3 and I don't think it will anything negligible to really have a concern... with that said you can find a mint used typecover on kijiji or crapslist for a really good price

I would suggest looking on youtube for your answer... also perhaps you can set your device that has your library as a HOST and possibly stream it on your S3.. unless you want to take them with you on S3?

because windows 10 is plagued with driver problems and incompatibility problems... also because windows 10 is such a privacy intrusion to say the least... sorry but I'm opting out of windows 10.... for now

no you cannot charge through the USB, but it should be easy to clean the connector using a Q-tip and alcohol or even better if you can get your hands on is Acetone and remove all the corrosion... DRY THOROUGHLY before connecting and he/you should be good to go.

IE should be up to date if you did all updates... can you try it in MS EDGE browser and see if it works, if not then maybe someone else who is more knowledgeable can help you? perhaps IE cant handle HTML5 protocols? I don't think youtube is still using flash, are they?

look in the store for "browser" as your search and you should find a couple of browsers to use and try those and see what works better... I forget which one I used and it worked really well, as I don't have my Surface RT anymore (girlfriend has it now) but I do remember the icon for it was blue? LOL

what are you using to browse the internet? IE or some other app? also is it first gen or 2nd gen RT device? we need more details my good man! lol try downloading and using another web browser... there was one I tried out and worked very good but the name escapes me ATM.

I would second doing a refresh, it seems to really get the kinks out when you do a refresh... if and when your still not satisfied with how your SP3 is working then get something else or send it back for and exchange.. mine NEVER exhibits the behaviors that your describing

sorry but I have to agree with the OP... the track doesn't work great and the scroll CONSTANTLY stops working and you have to turn it off then on to get it to work several times, its very annoying. and krighton I feel your post is not really true, every body I know uses their tablet on the...
