    OneNote App password issue

Wait, there is a desktop version and a metro version? I thought there was just the metro version and the mobile/website version?

Is SP2 OEM touch-pen superior over 3rd party pens?

I'd look up Wacom pens individually on Amazon and read the reviews. They do make some pens with buttons on them. There are also quite a few reviews/articles on pens over at http://surfaceproartist.com/.

    OneNote App password issue

Do you not get the "This section is password protected. Click here or press ENTER?" message"? I use both the Windows program and the web access and have not had any problems so the good news is you're probably just doing something wrong. Could you be a bit more detailed about what you're...

Are you seriously saying that having to perform those 3 mouse clicks ruins the entire experience for you?

Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter with a monitor

Have you had any problems with your daisy chain setup? A lot of reviews say there are hiccups with the Dells.

Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter with a monitor

No, you were right. What you're saying is the wireless device uses the same protocol as the hdmi cable, so it is an either/or situation? I kinda wanted one of these for my tv anyways, so it won't go to waste.

Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter with a monitor

I'm sorry, I don't follow. How would you use DP or USB with a wireless display? I thought the whole point was there were no cables.

Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter with a monitor

Does anyone know if you can use the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter to connect a second external monitor? I mainly want to use the second monitor to write code. I considered getting 2 Dell u2715h's and daisy-chaining them but there seems to be a lot of problems with those. Right now I am...

SP2 Updates - Are you kidding?

My intention was not to be pedantic but to make clear that is a very vague statement that doesn't help at all - that is why I said the info was probably not accurate. Was she referring to Acrobat or the entire Creative Cloud suite? I've had plenty of problems over the years with Windows...

SP2 Updates - Are you kidding?

"Adobe" is not software, it is a software company. This is not personal, but when I hear someone say they have Adobe installed I dismiss whatever else they are saying because it is more than likely not accurate.

    Is the SP2 coming again?

That's true, that is why I said "not likely". I can't imagine them coming up with a third form factor though.

    Is the SP2 coming again?

They have confirmed the next Surface will be compatible with SP3 peripherals so this is not likely.

SP2 Owners, do you have a hissing/background static from the speakers/headphones?

Return it, if it is coming from the SP2 speakers it is definitely a hardware issue with your unit. If you purchased it in-store they'll give you a new one on the spot and you won't have to worry about getting a refurb.

    Display resolution problem

That is actually 1600x900. Can you take a screenshot of the screen resolution settings with the drop down of sizes open?

    Is the SP2 coming again?

I think they are done making the SP2. In fact the brick and mortar stores don't carry them anymore.
