I solved some audio problems with laptops, which all come with audio out and mic in built into one jack. I now always carry a the splitter cable adapter that fixes problems with the multi-purpose headphone/mic jack.

Whatever it takes to keep it clean is cool with me. Many bags have a separate compartment to place you tablet or laptop in.

These complaints or exactly why I never use a touchpad unless it's an absolute emergency. I'd rater use a mouse on my leg, than put my fingers on a touchpad

I see the issue has been resolve. Just don't fold the keyboard in back of the screen. Good to know, even though I don't ever find it useful to fold it back. I like to remove it if I'm not wanting to use it.

I couldn't see anything bad in the video. I wonder if some of the problems was that the devices you're having problems with don't have the proper driver for Windows 10.

Personally I would put off your purchase until you can afford the insurance. It's perfectly normal to not ever need it but it's there in case you do and it will give you a lot more peace of mind, which means a lot in this hectic world we live in.

Come on guys. You want some desert on top of your desert. As technology advances devices are getting much thinner & lighter , which is really great. Now you want a very thin & light computer not to move when you type on it in your lap. I don't think that's going to happen with SB2, SB3, and down...

I'm a strong Microsoft supporter so I hope the Book & 4 sell well. I did note that a few times he called the tablet part of the book a clipboard. I thought that was an odd title for it. Maybe it is to be used mostly for a few notes, etc. I also think they could have come up with a better name...

Actually if your Surface is not docked or plugged in to the power adapter, the existing pen stays on the right side of the Surface do to the magnet in the power connector.

Maybe that's it. I never use portrait mode. I guess that means the SP screens or polarized.

I would never use the magnet when transporting the Surface. I just stick the pen in my shirt pocket. I've always used the magnet on the docking station when I'm at my desk. When the heck or they going to come up with telepathy to control the cursor & enter data?

What? I wear polarized glasses and the screen has always looked great to me.

I read that the power connector is the same. If it's in an identical place and the data lines that are in the power connector or the same then it will work. I think they didn't go into enough detail at the event that would answer question like this. They should have spent a little longer to tell...

Outlook comes with Office 365 which is a bargain. As leeshor pointed out, your provider has nothing to do with your problem. Syncing your phone email to your computer is all about your email client.
