hi guys i think this problem is really a device defect and I have already did the replacement with microsoft so far so good :)

This is exactly what i am facing and what i have observed! I also believe that the problem lies within the palm rejection and digitizer as I have another back up pen from microsoft as a replacement for the worn up tip and the same problem still occurs when i using that replacement pen. Anyway...

Just wondering has anyone have same issues as mine as shown in the video that i uploaded? I am just get frustrated with this issue whenever I am using my sp3 for work. Anyway to solve this issue? FYI I have updated all my firmware @window update

I am glad I am not the only one having this problem. Yes I am facing this problem too, the only solution for the time being for me is to unplug when i am trying to use the sp3 pen. Hope the coming firmware update helps. Beside this, do any of you guys faced the problem that SP3 pen sometimes...
