Clear up an Issue for me?

Yes, as in running it down completely from 100%. I'd encourage you to try it a couple more times.

    Battery Degradation

I don't know if you've ever done full run-downs on your battery before, but this will definitely be improving your battery life. Using IE Metro I can get about 9 hours at 40% brightness.

    Surface Hub updated

I had no idea the SP3 could fit one of those..

Surface Pro 3 competition heating up

Landscape is for typing and portrait for reading and inking, at least that's how I feel. I make exceptions when I read powerpoint slides as they fit much better in landscape, but I do a lot of reading and inking so portrait is very important to me, as well as N-trig. I don't think I would want...

    Surface Pro 3 and MicroSDXC

By all means get the SD card, but I wouldn't try to store all of your files on your portable computer. I have about 3TB of files on several disks, and keep only what I need on my Surface, which is far less than 3TB. Most of what I use is kept connected to my gaming rig, and the Surface has all...

    Solved Ping stability online gaming

I find it interesting that this would solve your issue. Most of the time, a high ping is caused by other users on your network or by your ISP doing god-knows-what and ruining your fun.

CES 2015 - Pen Input made easy

Being able to write anywhere on the screen is an interesting idea and more features is always nice, however I feel that writing is basically a gimmick as the keyboard is far more efficient. When I started using SP2, I did play about with the on-screen ink panel, and whilst interesting at first...

    OneNote Android now allows inking!

I don't use it that often with my phone, but I do like to take quick notes using the pen on my Note 3.

    Could you elaborate on this?

    Calibrate your battery.

    Painting on SP3

SP2 has 4x the pressure sensitivity, but the pen is much less accurate. Pick your poison, as I'm not sure which side would be best for drawing. The only thing I can say for certain is that SP3 has the advantage of a bigger screen and more adjustable kickstand.

    Painting on SP3

The i3 will do it, however there is always room for improvement. The i5 will do it better, and the i7 even better. It depends on how much lag you can handle.

What are the best games on SP3

I've not tried the SP3, but the SP2 became too hot to comfortably hold when running Civ V.

What are the best games on SP3

Not sure I would say wonderfully. I'm confident you could fry an egg off the back whilst it's running.

Touch Patch for CIV: Beyond Earth available!

I remember getting about... 2 hours on SP2 with Civ V. Not tried it on SP3 - was playing in 1080p though.

Surface Pro 3 Reader app is great but I wish it.......

Doesn't matter. I send quick files/screens all the time through the Mail app, and it works fine. An email is an email.

Touch Patch for CIV: Beyond Earth available!

Might get it. I assume it runs hot like Civ V? Know if it's any better or worse?

My SP3 froze in a meeting

Mine has never frozen, however the touch screen does bug out every now and then. Tapping doesn't work properly, and I have to hold the power button to turn it off - it's basically unusable when this happens. Then if you try to slide down to shut down, doesn't work either because the touch screen...
