I tried the latest graphics driver from intel to mess around with the color banding. It give all the intel graphics control options and such. I am able to alter the banding a bit but not able to get rid of it. Going back to stock. Looks like gotta live with the color banding.

I had in fact saved 7/8/14 update pack and so now downgraded to 7/8 wifi driver. Now connection seems solid. Testing. If anybody need it I can upload somewhere.

Any way to get the 7/8/14 driver?Is there a download location for the old driver? Looks like this update created the wifi problem (Limited connectivity). It was fine with the 7/8 diver :(. I thought about backing it up before updating but decided against it. Not a good move

I didn't know either. Saw it on my SP3 so had to find out. I think it is on many of the units(not all) with varying level. Don't think there is a way around it at the moment.

Tried charging Note 3 (on the USB port of the power brick) and SP3 at the same time. No blinking of power light.

Hi, Woke the system from sleep and touch is froze including the Windows button on the bezel. Any comments/suggestions on this behaviour? It worked after I shut down the system (press power button for about 10 seconds) and restarted. Thanks!

This can be a problem from what I can see . I left the unit in the backpack with Type Cover closed position expecting the screen to stay off. Just now checked and the unit is warm and the screen is on. Unless the cover can stay flush with the screen system is going to stay on.
