Has anyone found an easy way to handle OS updates when you have it running from a VHD? Or is it easier to just re-install the latest build?

Spoke too soon maybe...folks are saying you don't get OS updates when booting from a VHD...that would be a bummer, but not awful if you don't mind refreshing the install every once in a while. In this case it's just for testing anyways...
