same here...it's annoying...snap it closed, open it back up and the scroll works again. I suspect it's a bluetooth driver issue. Although it sounds like some folks are having no issue with other mice...so maybe it is unique to the the Arc mouse with these drivers.

I assume he's rocking Android for his phone OS. Google Now works well. Synonymous with Siri (iOS), Cortana (Windows)...each with their own pros/cons.

I agree, at least on the SP3 (For me, I frequently use it in a tablet usage mode). I think if I had a desktop, I would for sure be testing this full time. I have it in a dual boot scenario...and have not bothered to boot to Win10 in about 2 weeks. Waiting to take another look at the next build.

I posted something similar in this thread somewhere...Like yourself, I didn't like the performance in a VM but wanted to install it in the least disruptive way to my current 8.1 install. You can install to a VHD and dual boot from this VHD. There's no risk to your 8.1 install, and to remove...

Well that'll put the kabosh on the VHD approach! I haven't yet checked to see how much space you could get away with....I'm using 30gb...but I suspect it's significantly less you would have to use if you didn't want to install many apps in 10.

That's correct, you do need to turn of bitlocker if running from a VHD. There may be other downsides that I'm just not aware of yet. I guess I just like the peace of mind of not fiddling with my 8.1 install, and it runs much better than in a VM.

Yeah those outbacks look nice. I think I'll have to get a messenger style bag at some point. At the moment I put the maroo in a larger backpack or suitecase with everything else I'm carrying. Ahhhh...a backpocket should be mandatory. I like the look of the Maroo more...but a back pocket...

Just a thought, but you guys that are bouncing between 8.1 and 10 may want to consider a dual-boot scenario. I have 10 installed to a VHD. It works well...and if I don't want it any more, I just have to delete the VHD and boot record from "msconfig". No fussing with shrinking and formatting...

I can chime in that the Maroo case is great. Got it for free with the Surface promotion this past December.

So I installed built 9926 to a VHD, and the KB's installed fine. I wasn't expecting that. Will it just fail on other types of updates? it looks like firmware update is failing.

Sorry, I didn't intend for it to read like a rant. Just sharing my thoughts and experience with the vhd install option. Yeah I did try that as well, but I wasn't having any luck with that method as well. It could very well have been user error. The install on a vhd is working just fine...

Hah...that's certainly the truth. Note: When I say quiet, I mean "you can't hear the fan", either it's off or so low it's unnoticable. When the fan is on full blast, you can certainly hear it, but it is much quieter than most other ultrabook fans. When I say "heat", I mean that you can touch...
