    What determines a bad unit from units that are good hardware wise but constantly having glitches, restarts.. this is not the hardware, this is bad drivers.. or software issues. There were a lot right out of the gate I feel.

    Well I am not looking for anything for the monitor. I just need 3 usb ports off the sp3. I tried the plugable, but the cpu was at 20% at all times with it. So I removed it. I even downloaded the latest drivers.

    It was a regular lg USB optical mouse. I even restarted and still. However this morning, no issues. Strange, but hey it's working. I will keep an eye on it.

    So I hook up a mouse to my sp3, and now.. each left click registers as a double click. .. I guess it thinks I am using the pen??? Everyday it's a new adventure.

    Random Reboots

    Anyone getting restarts? Just checked my event logs and there are about 10 reboots. Entry is critical and details says the usual unexpected shutdown from loss of power , etc... Hope they put out another update soon. Checked the dump file and it points to ntoskrnl.exe Wonder if a bad driver...

    I have to say, daisy chaining works flawlessly and very easily. There is no hiccups or situations where the wrong displays are working... so far so good.

    Is anyone using an ethernet dongle? If you lock the machine and leave it running, are you noticing the network drops when you log back in? I am wondering if the usb ports go to sleep but I cannot see the settings under power advanced.

    I didn't see display link in the processes.. what I did see was System System Intercept Those two were causing the cpu utilization. I cut out the Pluggable, and all is well now. Just using a USB 3.0 hub
