i have a surface pro 2 and i am trying to connect my phone via bluetooth. i have a HTC One and i have the correct drivers installed. i am able to pair my phone successfully and see it in the list of devices on my SP2, but when i go to connect my device, it flips back to a "Not Connected" state...
