    I've managed to open OneNote/Outlook 2013 on my SP3 in this way. For OneNote 2016 (64-bit), the path may be "C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~1\Office16\ONENOTE.EXE". AHK method is powerful and of great customizability. The script is a nice solution.
