I'd suggest you to try some browsers and see which one is better for you. Everyone of them has its own pros and cons. For example, in my opinion edge gives better performances, Firefox is more compatible with plugins and some web apps (Whatsapp web), while Chrome usually consumes too much...

I sincerelly use Edge because it seems to be faster in web browsing.

This happened to me once: I wasn't able to see any kind of video, using browsers like Edge and Firefox or using apps like hyper for Youtube. I solved just by rebooting the device. It's quite strange.
