If your talking about Write Caching on SD card you can implement it directly: In File Explorer, Select the SD card, right click to Properties, Hardware, SDXC card, Properties, Change Settings, Policies, Write Caching Policy

The model that I referred to is an "Ultra" not an "Extreme" Can you provide a link to the Extreme card? The SP3 does not have a SDXC slot it has a Micro SDXC (mSDXC) slot, hence my confusion.

The answer is yes. I had also done this with my original SP1, albeit with the 64GB mSDxc card. As @mcsenerd indicated and illustrated in his post, go to File Explorer ,This PC. Right click on Documents, Properties, Location , type in your path, choose Move.

Agree with the advice given above There is one more "Keyboards" entry in Device Manager. You can disable the entrees then re-enable. Of course I am assuming you disconnected and reconnected the keyboard :)
