Did you get the email from ms saying they received the product and a refund is processed ? I got this email yesterday. Working in the industry I know it will take at least 4 business days to post to my statement .

Twice... Once on Jan 11th... returned and ordered again on the 16th due to their "promise" of new processor. Seriously MS needs to get their act together...

I was supposed to get a 4300... CS rep said calling warehouse bla bla... got a Lot 1350 which had a 4200u processor. :(

Just as an update to this - i called the MS Store. they promised me that all orders after Jan 10th will be the new CPU. I explained to them i ordered online on Jan 11th and got an old CPU. they put me on hold and came back and apologized and guaranteed me i would get a new CPU... they even sent...

Same here... I ordered on the 12th... shipped yesterday, received today. Lot 1348. Return it and wait a few weeks? Called Microsoft customer service and they said they had no idea and offered me a refund. For $1799 at this point.. may as well wait for the faster processor.
