just picked up a 256GB i5 in the Cincinnati area and they had a couple of the 128GB and 1 i7 256GB in stock and hadnt sold one before me and had been open for 2 hours.

i will tell you that i had some issues and i chose to do a full reset to 8.1 then let it upgrade itself to 10 which took WAY loner than initial upgrade BUT when i did this every thing was much better. i have ZERO issues now

you need to hit windows key + s and hit display and then choose to make your TV either the main display or extended and drag what you want over to it. if you need more than i am happy to help.

1. does it work when you hook a monitor directly to it? when i did my first upgrade i had no second mon itor support. i then went to reformat back to 8.1 then to 10 before i did anything and the second time i was prompted for a driver installation i did not get the first time then everything...

nobody told my Mail app i guess because i took update and used Mail all day without an issue. wonder what makes things break for one and not another ??

i couldnt be happier (maybe battery that dropped a bit). i use my SP3 for work and play and since 10 just not having any Dock issues and having my 3 monitors on individual resolutions that work has made me very HAPPY! i had issues with the upgrade at first and then complete reset to 8.1 then...

well i found my issue and need to fix this somehow

having done all the power management tricks like background and wifi and etc.. and starting from a fresh install of 8.1 then upgrading to 10 as fresh and then installing stuff back i still have only get this and i just unplugged it when i took this shot i use to get around 8 on a work day...

a clean 10 image will arrive at some point. so yes i used the system wipe/restore which put it back to 8.1 then i did nothing but the updates until i was on 10 then installed my stuff back and runs great.

i did the upgrade and had few issues like display adapter port not working and some odd resolution issues and a tad of overall lack luster performance. i did a system wipe of everything then let it update again without touching it until it was back on 10 and now its smooth and everything works...
